About
Staff first.
TeamHub AI designs software for football staff jobs: video, sessions and organising the week.
01Why
One staff, separate tools.
The video is in one program, the data in another, the session in a file and the organisation in a chat. Every handover from one to the next is done by hand.
This is a working hypothesis, not a study: we are testing it with club staff.
Our aim: the sequence, the session and the week prepared with tools designed together, without the staff losing control.
02Method
How we work.
- Evidence before promises. We publish no figure, client or feature that is not established in our files.
- Staff approve.Nothing Mentis drafts is shared until a staff member has approved it.
- Each player sees their own data.In Playerhub, a player sees their own data and nothing more.
- No medical data in drafting. In the first version, medical and wellness data are excluded from what Mentis uses to draft.
